Yay and Weigh to go Kevin!

I lost 6 pounds and feel great! I did completely fall off the plan yesterday. I didn't have the structure of work and completely lost it. I'm still proud of myself for making it through the first 4 days without trouble.

I also knocked out some of the bad habits I had started and eventhough I didn't stick to the plan on day 5 I still ate healthy.

Thanks again for starting this. I don't think I would have done it on my own and it helped tremensously knowing you here too.

Happy 4th everyone!

Okay Kevin, I forgot to start the 5 dpt last week with the rest of you so I started today.  It is hard after snacking and grazing, however, I do feel like this is what I need to get me back to reality.

I will let you know how I am doing after the 5th day.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.
