Ok so yesterday went WELL...when I wanted to eat the potato chip at home I didn't!!  Yeah me!!  And today down .2...I can't wait to change my ticker (cause I'm still above that weight, lol)!!  Today will be JUST as good if not BETTER

B:  New Direction protein Hot Cocoa
S:  Cottage Cheese & Peaches
L:  1 cup beef stew (beef, carrots, onions)
S:  Cookies & Cream Protein Shake
D:  Fish or Steak w/salad (I think)

Had dental work today which i always hate...so its gonna be a liquids day for me....I will try hard to get my protein in.

coffee vit b complex sublingual thyroid pill
Muscle milk chocolate malt flavor purchased from the liquor store...really very tasty 25g protein 12 carbs and 9 fat.
I will have another MM in a few hours and some soup.

hoping for the scale to move again tomorrow...i know sounds greedy but I have a lot of catching up to do!!
