Water:  Ooops 2 cups getting started now =)
Vitamins:  I'm a pro at this
Exercise:  Novice

It's 10am and I have not eaten ANYTHING yet!!! I'm going to get some cottage cheese NOW!!!

Already drank 20 ounces of water and my vitamins though.

Jumping in on this because I haven't done anything either today.....yikes.  Oh, I've had coffeee 

I have my vitamins sitting here though in front of me.

Going to have a Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Shake I think.

Then I'm off and running (literally) so I'll post later for more details on eating today.

Oooh, I'm glad to see you back and helping me be accountable for my food choices...  Thank you!!!

early morning:  iced coffee with creme brulee flavored creamer
B  mushroom protein soup   (I needed something warm)
S  chocolate protein drink   (then I needed something cold)
L  1/2C cottage cheese with sliced peaches
S  protein pretzels
D  tonight is my Bunco night   I'll try to make good choices from whatever my hostess serves.... otherwise I'll just HAVE to eat a little junkfood......

So far today,

A banana and my vitamin D.

No exercise,
2 bottles of water no longer a problem getting that in
Just the vitamin D, more to come at noon

Lunch today is a chicken salad sandwich...100% 12 grain whole wheat bread, 4 oz chicken breast (previously roasted) chopped fine with one ounce of raspberry vinaigrette...Now I had half of that at about 10:15 and the other half will be about 12:30...after that, two more containers of wate (had three already, 24 oz each) and an apple...maybe some strawberries.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
