Well, I would have the lower body lift in a heartbeat. All of the stomach (I can make smiley faces with it) and all of this "fat back" got to go.

Without struggle, there is no progress.

I am designing my own procedure.

Cut me right around about the chest and under arms pull everything up put the extra fat where bubbie should be and sew me up. I guess that is really nothing new is it. It would me a mid body lift? Humm. yup that what i would choose. I could always get a FABBY padded bra
