Well it's Monday and boy that 199 is just eluding me, but that's ok =)

B:  Ham & Cheese Omelet
S:  Coffee
L:  Tamales
S:  Protein Slushy
D:  ?? getting my nails done so hmmmm

Water:  7 cups so far
Vitamins:  Barely...but will be on target
Exercise:  boy here we go again...stop asking me this, lol

Hey I was wondering what a protein slushy is?

does eggs really have good protient?

Mine I take a Grape protein bullet and mix it with a bottle of water and a packet of SF Hawaiian punch and put it all in the freezer until it turns slushy like!!  It's yum especially on these hot days.

An egg has about 6 grams of protein.

  yes I am! lol good to see a close neighbor, Im going to try the slushi it sounds delicious! SF hawaiian punch is at? and what is a protein bullet?

Hi All,

early morning coffee with creme brulee flavored creamer
B  strawberry-kiwi protein drink
L  2 turkey hot dogs with deli mustard and onions  (yes, I was stinking)
2ndL  ground beef and cabbage casserole
S bag protein chips
D  not sure yet...there's some leftover chicken that needs to be eaten.....

V  on track
W  could be better....been inside all day so Mother Nature's heat is not making me drink
E  not yet today

I did really good with my eating program at Bunco Friday night....the hostess had the best spinach, sliced strawberries and feta cheese salad...yum!!...and deli meats and cheese to make sandwiches...I just left the bread alone and was fine.  Now, the dried blueberries and chex mix she had on the tables to snack on were just plain EVIL!!!

B= Protein shake (yuck)
L= homemade veggie chili (yum) with reduced fat cheese and FF sour cream
S= two strawberries
D= probably another protein shake

Water= 32 oz so far...need to drink more
Vitamins= Multi(done), Vitamin b12 (done) Vitmain b1 (new..turns out I am now b1 deficient) Iron (done) calcium (tonight)

Ms. Shell... i am SO rooting for you to hit that 199!! Come on, girlfriend!!

I've been CRAVING watermelon on these hot days, and just finished a big bowl of cubes of it... sooooo refreshing with all of that juicy-ness... juiciness... ? oh crap... and I'm an english teacher... pretty sure it's option B!

Well, I got all my water (120 ounces) and more food than I should...I need to fast tonight to get my labs done tomorrow morning and I'm afraid I'm all psyched out over it. Maybe if I eat really REALLY SLOW I'll be stuffed by 7 pm and it won't seem so long before I eat tomorrow...LOL.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
