D:  Chicken w/salad (I think)

Water:  4 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  Walking (I think) BTW yesterday I walked 2 miles so let's see what today brings

So far today I've had:

2 - 24 oz bottles of plain water before breakfast (because of fasting 2nd time around blood work)
1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 large strawberries

1  - 24 oz bottle of flavored water

1 medium peach

1 - 24 oz bottle of flavored water

1/4 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce leaf with mayo on the side (1 Tablespoon)

soon I'll have another bottle of water and planned snacks: 1 hardboiled egg, 4 oz Dannon Fit n Light, 1 medium grapefruit (possibly any or all of these things)

another bottle of water and:

Dinner plan: 1 bison burger patty from trader joes with 2 slices tomatoe and some salad dressing..maybe french dressing this time.

B: Cinnamon Chocolate protein shake

L: 1 crab cake and a salad with blue cheese dressing

S: 2 pieces SF Guylian belgian chocolate

D: Chocolate protein shake and Flax-z-Snax strawberry hot cereal

Water: a little low so far, time to drink up!

Vitamins: on target

Exercise: just got home, time to start jumping on the rebounder
