Well me and my 10lb gain are back from vacation and I'm still tired and maybe or maybe not bloated or maybe the 11lbs came from all the pizza, soul food, banana pudding, peach cobbler and CARBS I have consumed over the last 2 weeks??  Now it's time to get back on the band wagon, except the horse keeps jumping and throwing a carb my way...alas this WEEK I vow to reign it back it...only lunch will tell, lol!

B:  Coffee; reeses peanut butter cups
S:  N/A
L:  Chefs salad (I was good then BAM)
S:  2 DAMN Oatmeal Raisin cookies (2 damnit)
D:  Meatloaf

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Calcium; etc etc
Exercise:  Tomorrow I start my training for my stairclimb =) and after New York I barely want to climb another stair, but it'll help get those 10lbs off =)

You can do it.  It is tough after vacation because we get use to the carbs.  But here is the horse waiting for you to jump on!!!!

Wow it's been a long time since I played this one.  But if I'm going to get this puppy in gear, I best start being accountable

B:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with pineapple and 1/4 cup Kash Go Lean Granola, coffee

S:  Pure Protein Double Chocolate Bar more coffee (I need a kick start this morning)

L:  I have planned a Lean Cuisine and small salad with a yogurt honey mustard dressing.

S:  Nothing planned, but we'll see what happens.  Maybe some coffee

D:  Grilled Tilapia and some veggies (I'm thinking of picking up some zucchini squash and grilling it)

S:  I cracked after dinner.  But I cracked ok with a peach and now at 9PM I'm having a cup of coffee.  I made it through the day.

Water:  So far two 16 oz bottles.  This is a hard one for me.

Vitamins:  I'm trying to get back on track with those.  At least I don't have to take iron supplements.  Get those from a needle in my arm with my infusions and I get B-12 shots.  Just have to get some calcium and a multi and I should be good

Exercise:  Yea, that's another one I have to get back on the band wagon with.  I know, excuses, but I have something wrong with my hip that is causing alot of pain.  Makes it pretty difficult to do anything.  But I will attempt to get on the treadmill tonight for a slow walk and then get into the jacuzzi to help loosen up the hip.  That might help.

Day one of the 5day pouch test here.  5 day pouch test with a lap band SUCKS!!!  UGH!  I had already planned to start today, but I had something happen last night so it's really meant to be.  I had to call my surgeon last night because I think my band might be slipping.  I had a horrible time trying to eat last night and even water wasn't going down.  I am forced to do 3 days of liquids and see what happens.  The liquids are going down now.  :-)  Let me tell you....trying to stay on liquids when there is no "pouch" to hold them is terrible!  They just flow right through the band into my regular size stomach.  I am HUNGRY!!!!

B:  Coffee
L:  Coffee with protein shake mixed together.
S:  will be more of above
D:  more  lol

Cool!  I think I'm gonna sign up!  Can't come to downtown la twice a week though.  How many stairs do I have to climb for training?  I can always go do the bleachers at the football stadium.  Also....how long did it take you last year?
