I'm going to sign up. I did stairs last night....300 of them and BOY IS THAT A WORKOUT! I'm scared to do 1500! LOL

Well...let me tell you! LOL First...I haven't run anything over 3 miles in months. Second.....Climbing stairs is MUCH harder on your legs than running. 300 stairs made my legs burn more than goign 26.2 miles! LOL

Well I've never played before but I will use being bored at work as a good excuse to start...oh yeah, not to mention that I should be accountable for what I eat and telling people is a pretty good place to start 
B: Bagel w/light cream cheese & 1 cup of coffee
S: cottage cheese & apple sauce - just a little of both
L: Polo Loco bowl from costco (first time I've tried these - not that great!)
S: Chewy nut bar thingy
D: Making hamburgers for the family - I will plan to be good and eat a patty w/ the rest of my very yummy chef salad from last night!
S: hopefully nothing!
Water: not good, maybe only about 16oz so far (just shamed myself into drinking more right now!)
Vitamins: all screwed up from my antibiotics - they say not to take multivitamins within 6 hours but I take 2 a day...just a mess
Exercise: Our favorite thing right now - riding bikes to the park with the kids and playing a little family game of baseball!
