Today I am home not feeling good =(  extreme headache AND swollen glands...I think it's all the carbs and trash in my body rebelling against me...

B:  5 Ritz crackers; 2oz cheddar cheese
S:  N/A
L:  Fish & zucchini (gonna go make it  now)
S:  some protein shake or bullet
D:  Grilled chicken salad

Water:  64oz
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg cal citrate; etc
Exercise:  i no feel good

Well this seemed to work for me yesterday so I'll try it again.

B:  1/2 cup cottage cheese and pineapple, 1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean Granola
      coffee

S:  Pure Protein Double Chocolate Bar

L:  Lean Cuisine Chicken Parm and small salad with yogurt dressing

S:  I'm not planning anything, but might have a cup of coffee

D:  Grilled Chicken Breast and some kind of veggie (probably grilled zucchini again as I have left over from last night and want to use it so it doesn't go bad and it tasted really good)

S:  I have some yummy cantelope

Water:  Need to step that up.
Vitamins:  Need to get to the store and get a new bottle of multi's
Exercise:  Will walk on treadmill after dinner

Sorry to hear you feel icky. Lots of rest, fluids, and healthy food!!

So far today I've had;

B: Protein Shake and an ounce of low fat cheese
L: An egg white salad with chives from Trader Joe's and a couple of Ak Mak Crackers

I am behind on the water because I forgot and got involved with something at work. I've had my Flinstones w/ iron and plan on taking my first round of cal citrate after lunch.  For exercise I was up at 6 am to do 30 minutes on my stationary bike.

Feel better!!!

Day 2 of my 5 day pouch test!  Good news......I'm down 6 lbs!  Bad news.....my legs are a bit shaky from those dang stairs yesterday!  LOL

B:  coffee with Protein
S:  coffee with Protein
L:  Chicken tortilla soup (tried to get as much broth as I could and leave the chunks behind)
S:  crystal light slurpee
D:  more coffee with Protein or soup....or maybe BOTH!

Water:  eh
Vitamins:  yep
Exercise:  maybe some more stairs tonight depending on how my legs feel

Shell sorry you are not feeling well.  Looks like I will be joining you in your stair climb.  I am all signed up!

S: Decaf/non-fat latte
L" 1/2 Turkey wrap with cheese and tomotoes
S: edemme and Fage yogurt
D: other half of turkey wrap with some kind of veggie

Water: 48 oz so far, but will have at least 64 if not more
Vitamins: working on them
Exercise: I will do a 3 mile run later

B: Oatmeal with raisins
S: Banana and nectarine
L: Carls Jr Famous Star - 1 piece of bread, no mayo, no cheese & 1 small green apple
S: Protein bar before gym
D: Gonna have protein shake with Mango after the gym
S: 1/2 slice of bread with 1/2 tbl spoon peanut butter
