Well I don't know where our Ms. Shell is.  I hope she is feeling ok.  I think I recall her saying she was a bit under the weather yesterday. 

Anyway, the last couple of days of posting here has helped me stay on track, so I thought I'd post myself.  Anyone want to join me?  IT DOESN'T COST ANYTHING.

B:  1/2 cup cottage cheese & pineapple with Kashi Go Lean Granola
      Coffee with some Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Mate

S: Nothing

L:  Lean Cuisine Roasted Chicken 
      Small salad with 1 Tblsp FF Yogurt Honey Mustard Dressing

S:  Coffee
S:  I'm thinking I might have a protein bar around 3PM

D:  I'm not 100% sure but I'm leaning towards a hamburger pattie and some veggies.

S:  Probably some kind of protein supplement such as hot cocoa or pudding or maybe some more of the melon I bought.  It is so good.

Water:  So So....I need to do better
Vitamins:  Took my multi so I'm good
Exercise:  I'll do some treadmill tonight.

OK, Cali, what's on your plate???

S:  Crackers about 7 of them, whole wheat

D:  Dont know what ever the hubby makes...

S:  pudding- sounded good from your comment so I shall follow in step...

Water:  so far about 48 FL OZ's - Watch me float away.
Vitamins:  Took my multi so I'm good
Exercise:  Does running after my son count?

Thanks darlin I'm still here just went to the doctor for my headache.  She thinks it might be my glasses (which I haven't updated in like 3 years) so alas I still have a headache...then I got stuck in costco

S:  Costco run, lol...ok so I bought this Vita-Mix smoothie/blender thingy I'm in love...
L:  Chicken Breast salad

D:  ??

Water:  9 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Citrate, etc etc
Exercise:  why do I even list this ... ok cause one day I will

First, I'm glad you are ok.  I understand the glasses thing.  I need new glasses so badly.  I take them off to read cause the reading part doesn't help anymore, and then put them on the tip of my nose so I can see the computer and let's not talk about seeing distance.  I'm going to have to get a dog.

Oh I have a Vita Mix.  I had seen it at Costco a couple years ago and didn't want to spend those big bucks, so I went on Ebay and got it for a little over a hundred bucks.  I'm glad I did that cause I used it for a few weeks after I got it (loved it) and haven't used it since (lazy).  But it does make some great stuff.  I made some soups with it.  Wow really good.  Hope you enjoy it.  Just be creative and if you come up with any good recipes let me know.  I might dig mine out again, then again, I might just open a can of soup.  See the pattern here....lazy.

Your secret is safe with me.  I always check Ebay before I buy something I want.  I've saved a ton of money that way. 

Oh no, I said money.  That seems to be a bad word around here.  Almost as bad as cruise.

Yeah looks like the only ones ebay have are the ones from the company at more then I paid at costco...so alas I won't be returning it but YOU woman...get it out and use it.  I use my blender almost weekly so now I will be giving that away.  I love the easy clean up and now I don't have to peel most fruits and veggies....I think I'll make a smoothie tonight, lol.

Boy I can't believe you said money AND cruise...next thing you know we won't have any posters on the CA board

ps... i made a YUMMY taco salad for dinner tonight. "Good" food/ "real" food fills me up much better and lasts longer than "cheap" /carb-y foods (which i so prefer!)

The base was a lettuce mixture (rather than chips). Ultra lean ground beef (4.5% fat). Red kidney beans. Taco seasoning mix/packet. Onions. Reduced fat shredded cheese. A few Padrinos reduced fat chips on the side.

YUM.

I'm so glad this thread is FREE today!  LOL

Day 3 of liquids!!!! 
Wasn't too bad today, but all of a sudden I'm starving!!!!!
I need to talk to my surgeon but I think tomorrow I am allowed to try soft foods, but I think I might just hang with the liquids a couple more days if I can handle it!

B:  protein coffee
S:  protein coffee
L:  chicken tortilla soup (left the chunks out again), crystal light slurpee
S:  protein coffee  (please hurry back with my ice!!!!)
D:  thinking some more soup!

Water:  so so
Vitamins:  yep
Exercise:  hitting the stairs tonight!  Going to try to add on 74 to my current 300!  Unfortunately my calves are a bit sore today so we'll see!
