hello..

Well Im still on soft foods and having issues lol  seems the only constant thing that has done well for me is cheese.  Funny I prayed that my lil pouch would like cheese but didn't want it to be the only thing ha ha.  its just different days it likes things or it doesn't.

So today:

B:  1 triangle of laughing cow cheese
       1 cheese stick of chedder

L:   pureed lentils soup... looks like something awful but tastes good (so far so good.. going down good)

D:  Not sure yet: Might be tuna.. might try beans again we'll see.

S:  Vanilla protein shake with banana and frozen strawberries in it

Water:  2 cups so far  need MORE!
Vitamins:  multi - taken   still need to take my cal citrate

Today seems like a very long day and all I keep thinking about is food.  Geesh, I hate days like this.

B: FF Cherry Cobbler Yogurt with some granola mixed in
     Coffee

S:  Nothing

L:  Lean Cuisine Chicken Chow Mein
     Small Salad with 1 Tbls Yogurt Honey Mustard dressing
Tummy didn't enjoy this much.  I felt "pukey" for a bit. Probably the rice in the LC.  I never do well with rice.  I always keep trying, but it just has never sat well on the tummy.  And I do love rice, darn it.

S:  Pure Protein Bar
      I'm still feeling hungry.  Maybe I'll get a cup of coffee

D:  Tuna salad mixed with some granny smith apples and low fat mayo on a  small green salad

S:  Probably some cantelope and then if I still want something else, I'll have a protein coco or protein cappaccino.

Water:  As always need to do better
Vitamins:  Done
Exercise:  Going to see Diane at the hospital right after work.  By the time I get home and then have dinner, I'm thinking that treadmill is not going to look very entertaining.  But I won't say no, until I absolutely refuse to do it.

Sticking with liquids for one extra day....today is day 4! 

My band is feeling good, so I will probably try some soft food tomorrow.

B:  protein coffee

S:  crystal light slurpee
S:  going to have more protein shake
D:  soup again!  LOL

Water:  yep
Vitamins:  forgot
Exercise:  not sure!  lol

L home made taco bell salad

S 2 SF Baskin Robbins Cookies and Cream hard candy

D Pina Colada protein shake & Flax-Z-Snax hot cereal (strawberry flavor)

Water: 82 oz

Vitamins: yep, took them all plus 4 Dulcolax

Exercise: 40 minutes on the exercycle while studying lol  I can't bounce on the trampoline and read!
