Yeah it's Friday and unfortunately my headache is still here (only a dull ache) but FORTUNATELY it's Friday and that means it's the weekend AND I have Monday off...of course Monday involves getting some fasting blood drawn and my eyes checked but it's ALL good in the hood, as they say.

B:  Protein bullet slushy
S:  Coffee & Maple Bar donut (damn coworkers jumped on me and shoved it down my throat...which is good cause I didn't have to lick my fingers.  Although licking theirs was VERY inappropriate)
L:  Ribs & Coleslaw
S:  ??
D:  ??

Water:  6 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Citrate w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; etc etc
Exercise:  Stop baggering me =)

I've been waiting for you.  Today is going to be a strange one for me though

B:  Cottage cheese with pineapple and some Kashi Go Lean Granola
      Coffee (there is not enough coffee in the world today to wake me up)

S:  Nothing

L:  Lean Cuisine Glazed Chicken
      Peach

S:  Protein Bar

D:  I don't know because I have my third iron infusion today at 4PM which means I won't get home till after 7PM which is why I know I'm having that protein bar this afternoon so I don't dive into the cookies and crackers that they always have at the hospital.  I will probably stop off at the store and hopefully they have some Deli Chickens still there.  That and maybe a little salad and I MUST cut up the cantelope I have in the fridge so I'm sure there will be some of that as well.

S:  Protein Cappuccino - my new favorite drink in the evening.  Warm, soothing, comforting, delicious and it keeps me out of the damn kitchen for the night;

Water:  Yea Yea
Vitamins:  Took my multi so I'm good
Exercise:  I'll walk around the supermarket a couple of times.  It's going to be a long day and I'll be tired.

B Hazelnut/coffee protein shake

S Grace Island Foods Asiago Cheese Crisps by  (oh these are good!)

L  a beef hotdog in a greenbean stew..I don't know, I made it up as I went along lol

S Fage yogurt with SF blueberry syrup and blueberries

D  Dreamsicle Protein Shake

Water: 86 oz, so far, and 20 oz waiting in the wings, no wonder I'm floating

Vitamins: yep, I'm on track

Exercise: 20 minutes on the rebounder, 20 more to g0..tough today for some reason

Exercise: They kicked my butt in the ER. I ran down the hall to the bathroom, does that work ? Do you know how hard it is to run when you are trying like heck to hold things is??? LOL
