WDYET - filling in ..Oh Ms. Shell????
Thanks Stephanie I am doing the log thing on my iPhone and cause my DR. said I should have a certain amount of calories in a day I have just that. I found after a week and a half of doing this I am not hungery she said thats good cause I am going to hate it sooner or later.
I am making myself the prize this time, normally my son or hubby is who I work hard on but right now its all about me.
I have been drinking LOTS of water, I am doing better but I seem to slow down near the end of the day.

B:-2 egg omelet made w 1/2 oz cheese and topped with green chili salsa 16 grams protein
S- 1 oz mixed nuts 7 grams protein
L- Berry protein smoothie...Thanks Momo, this stuff is awesome!!! 37 grams protein
D-Fish, 2 asparagus spears and 1/2 cup crook neck squash.21 grams
S- SF popsicle or 1/2 cup 0% Fage yougurt 0 or 10 depending on my choice.
most of my vitiams last one at bed time.water 60 oz and for me that is really good exercise...does Needing bread (Yes I made Rye bread today) and walking the rat dog count?
