What I always like to tell those newly out...treat this time like you would a newborn baby.  You don't expect a newborn to start walking at birth right?  It's a gradual progression and a LEARNING time.  Take your time and do what you can, don't be in a hurry =)

L: shrimp with cream cheese and salsa

D: 1/2 Miller's all beef frank, chocolate coconut protein shake

S: Fage with SF blueberry syrup and blueberries

Calories 718 ~ Protein 96 ~ Carbs 23 ~ Fiber 1.5  Fat 13 

Water: 114 oz

Vitamins: yep all of them

Exercise: 6,000 steps so far.  I better get cracking. lol
