good morning cali friends,

it's tgif people!!!!!
i have a couple appointments today.. i'm going in to get a lump in my breast looked at.. i've been having pains for about a mth now..
then off to the coast this weekend.. i can't wait.. we are just going for the day but we should have alot of fun..
then sunday i have to drive to sac o well lots of driving for me this weekend.. that's ok though i have monday to recoupe..
so what is everyone up to this weekend anything good?
and i know i'm up way to early..

Morning Lisa and Cali!  TGIF for SURE!

Today is going to be getting ready for the Relay for Life tomorrow (well besides WORK . . . that always gets in the way!)  We get to our spots at 7 am tomorrow . . . and leave about 10 on Sunday . . . we have to have people on the track at all times for 24 hours . . . I might actually need caffine this weekend!   Gotta make some chili or something simple that packs well, heats quick and warms us up by the water (it's on the bay).

hi, chris.... have a great walk tomorrow... such a great organization.... i walked a few laps (for an hour) with one near me a couple weekends ago...loved it!

I think next year I might do a team....

Good morning Cali,

I am so happy it is Friday.  Not sure what the weekend brings but for sure some cleaning.  I went to the thrift store yesterday to look for some cold weather clothing.  Heading up to Tacoma WA in a few eeks and it is usually much colder than in Cali.  I found a few sweat suits that will work for a while.  Hate to pay full price when I am not sure what size I will stabilize at. 

The park was a blast last night.  We stayed until 8:15 and Vanessa was so tired, but by the time we got home she caught her second wind- yikes!!  She jumped in the bounce house and blew bubble and danced.  The weather really cooled down from the day it was around 85 or so and at 7 it just dropped.

well Friday is finally here, and for some reason I'm not too happy.  I think it's because I have nothing planned for the weekend.  I guess I'll just have to wait for next weekend to be excited.  I hope everyone has a fun filled weekend, and stays safe.

Good Morning Lisa and Cali Friends,

Happy TGIF too!  Not too much planned for this weekend, but for me that's the best!  That means I can do what I want to do!  I probably will have some cleaning and laundry to do though, as they don't get done by themselves.

Today brings another workshop on interviewing skills, yesterday was resume writing and it was a good refresher for me.  Things have changed dramatically since I was sitting in the HR interviewers chair with technology and the economy, employers are getting huge responses to ads placed on line, so I need to catch up with it all.

Chris, I wish you a wonderful walk, I'm there with you in spirit!
