100 Lbs Gone Wow !

I stepped on the scale this morning and relized I have lost 100 Lbs. I have been on the road so much over the last 2 months, I havn't been keeping track..

I want to thank you all for your support over the last 8 months. I know in the last few months I have not been online much, but I am going to get active in the board again, so If I can help others the way many of you have helped Me.

You look great.  Your pre op pictures look like your poor spine couldn't even hold you up.  Now your body looks great.  I am hoping you are feeling as great as you look.

My Body is much happier, My Diabetes, is almost gone, my Blood Pressure is normal, as is my cholesterol. I can also run stairs again which I haven't done in a long time.

awesome job doc, I just hit 100 not too long ago.  it's a great feeling to get rid of all that weight.  Keep up the good work.
