I hear you loud and clear. Yesterday wasn't the best day I could have had. But today is a new day and so here we go
B: cottage cheese and Kashi Go Lean
S: Coffee
L: Lean Cuisine Fish, small salad with yogurt dressing, peach
S; Nothing so far. Maybe a protein bar
D: Gosh I really don't know and I don't like starting my week like this. I'm thinking it will be eggs though, because I know I have them at home. Maybe throw a little chicken/apple sausage in the pan along with the eggs.
S: Something protein based, cocoa, cappaccino or a protein bar.
Water: I'm chugging along, but it could be better
Vitamin: Multi this morning
Exercise: I'll try the treadmill, but my hip is just killing me today. Don't know why, but it's just a steady ache. Oh well, this too shall pass.
