I think I'll start starting these posts with Last Nights Dinner and/or snack cause well just because =)

LND:  Church's chicken thigh and leg
LNS:  2 licks of ice cream then handful of peanuts

B:  Protein Hot Cocoa (Lindora) made with Soymilk
S:  Sandwich (dinner roll, turkey, cheese, mayo)
L:  Asian meatballs in peanut sauce
S:  Nectarine
S:  Sandwich (see above)
D:  Popeyes Chicken

Water:  6 cups
Exercise:  Yes I've decided to conquer those 55 flights (pray for me starting @ 5:30)
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal; 1000mcg B-12...yada yada

I'm here, but oh so not feeling it again.  I don't know where my head is at but it seems to be consumed with thoughts of food.

B:  Cottage cheese and Kashi Go Lean

S:  Dang ole handful of potato chips that my coworker was eating and the crunch finally got to me.

L:  I have resited the urge and offer of Carl's and instead will have my Lean Cuisines meatloaf and salad with yogurt dressing

S:  I have a peach and I have a protein bar.  One or both so I stay away from those damn chips.

D:  Hamburger patty with cheese and grilled zucchini.

S:  Probably some fruit and maybe a protein coco.  Nights are getting hard for me.

Water:  I'm trying to get it in.  Maybe the chips will make me thirsty.  Yea, that's why I needed the chips so I would be thirsty and drink more water.  I'm sticking with that story.

Vitamins:  Multi this morning

Exercise:  Hand to mouth eating the damn chips.  Other than that I don't know.  My hip hurts, my ankle hurts, I'm feeling old and just in a bad mood today. SNAP OUT OF IT STEPH!!!!!

B:  Coffee (got up late, so lunch followed an hour later)
L:  Cheese and turkey roll 
S:  Inspire Protein Drink
S:  Isopure Grape
D:  Pulled Pork Sandwich with light swiss (open face on orowheat thins)
      Butternut Squash Oven Fries
S:  Sliced Strawberries with splenda
      Yogurt with Fiber One

Exercise:  30 to 45 minute run this afternoon
Vitamins:  Taking right now
Water:  16 oz so far, but the day has just begun

S:  1/2 slice of whet breat with 1 tbl spoon peanut butter
L:  Chicken breast and veggies
S:  Protein bar and green apple
D:  Turkey sandwich
S:  Grapes
