WDYET Cali Crew? Wednesday...
Hey everybody!!! I had an AMAZING climb up 55 flights of stairs...it's "only" took me 29 minutes 27 seconds! Can't wait to climb them again tomorrow =)
LND: Popeyes 2 piece Tuesday (leg & thigh)
B: Carb Master Yogurt
S: PanDulce (sweet bread w/coffee)
S: Tamale
S: Ooppsie...some M&M
L: 2oz Chick breast; 1/2 cup green beans
S: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/tomato
D: 3oz chicken breast chopped in salad
Water: 5 cups will end with at least 10 (when I don't hit 10 I don't poop)
Exercise: Today I will walk 30 minutes for lunch
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Cal Citrate w/D-3; 1000mcg B-12; Probiotic

Even on days that aren't good, I still need to report and today didn't start out too good.
B: A freaken doughnut. Yes, the evil doughnut jumped into my hand and forced its way into my mouth. It also left me lethargic and wanting more. Bad sugar. bad bad bad sugar.
S: Do you really think I'm gong to have a snack after that breakfast.
L: I have a Lean Cuisine and a peach.
S: I'll try to pass on that too.
D: I didn't plan anything and I hate when I do that. I think I'll probably stop and get some Pollo Loco chicken. That's usually pretty tasty.
S: Oh who knows. I think the day started off so badly I should just go home tonight, put my jammies on and go and cower under the covers until the evil sugar monster leaves.
Water: I'm trying to wash the doughnut down. You know, those things are not just full of sugar but it left a fatty film in my mouth. With all those cons to it, why did I eat it. Because I'm a glutton for punishment, that is why.

Exercise: I think lifting that doughnut to my lips was all I'm going to do today.

You ate cause well doughnuts are GOOD!!! But seriously don't punish yourself what's done is done, when I do "bad" which is never cause I refuse to label it bad...I STILL try to make doubly sure to hit my water and protein goal!!
Oh and yeah I'll be eating one of those devil donuts tomorrow!! Yeah baby cause it's donut Thursday here at work =)

You're right. I know you're right. But for me one doughnut leads to more unless I holler at the evil carb/sugar monster that is always sitting on my shoulder whispering in my ear. Mikey might whisper sweet nothings in my ear, but the Carb Monster....oh he is evil. Actually he looks a little like Mikey. They both look like cute little cherubs. LOL
OK, the rest of the day shall be successful. No more looking back at the doughnut. Enjoy yours tomorrow. Even if it was evil, oh damn it was yummy.

P.S. I'm going to Vegas this weekend. I think the Carb Monster will probably be filled with Vodka and Cranberry juice most of the weekend so all should be good.

340 calories - 15 fat - 15 carbs - 33 protein
Lunch - Salmon (lox), Soft low fat cheese & two wasa crackers
295 calories - 9.5 fat - 23 carbs - 27 protein
S: I don't know if I'll have one. I feel pretty full right now
Dinner: Protein bar and a bag of protein cruchy thinggies (I have to eat in my car during my hour long commute so I can exercise when I get home)
Calories 280 - Fat 9 - 25 carb - Protein 22
S: I might have some watermelon
Totals w/ out snacks - 925 calories - 33.5 Fat - 63 carb - 82 protein Ack! too many carbs. I might take out the protein crunch thingies, but I am going to go for an hour walk. We shall see.
