B: Breakfast "burrito" (2 eggs/onion/cheese wrapped in a low carb mission tortilla)
S: Coffee/cream/splenda/benefiber
L: Chef salad (Turkey/egg/cheese/lettuce/tomato)
S: Egg Mockmuffin
S: Banana (pre-stair climb carb)
S: Peach drink (post stair climb protein)
D: Have a date so don't know
Water: 6 cups
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise: 30 minute stair climb (55 flights) then rest in the jacuzzi

Quick answer...I'm almost 2 years out =) It gets so much easier to drink water. Today this is how it went
Wake up drank 1 cup water with birth control; fixed breakfast and ate it on the way to work 30 minute commute I was done by the time I arrived 7:30...made coffee and got my 2 cup water bottle out. Been drinking water and coffee (till it was gone) since 8:30. My goal is to drink a bottle of water (2 cups) about every hour. So by the time I posted this what 11:30 that's 3 hours so 6 cups of water. I have NOW finish another bottle of water with crystal light so essentially I've got my 64oz in.
I'm eating lunch now. At 2pmish I'll resume drinking till around 5pm (so that's about 2 more bottles I slow down after lunch cause I'm usually on the train commuting home and I would have to pee. I'll have the banana (might skip the egg mockmuffin cause I'm just now doing lunch. After my workout I ALWAYS make a protein drink usually a protein bullet mix with crystal light and water, cause I read how important protein and hydration are so that's 2 birds with one stone right? So by the time I finish today I have got in my 10+ cups of water. Usually 12 on workout days....so if you are still reading...there you have it!!

Oh Miss Shell.
You are too funny. I guess being 2 yrs out would make a big difference. I have never been much of a beverage drinker until I get home. Drinkin with meals has never been a big thing for me either. If I am timing myself for a sip every 5 minutes this gets me full and bloated and takes 40 minutes to drink 8 oz (ugh!!). Since I am only 5 weeks out I guess it will get better.
Here is where I am so far today:
758 cals, 54 g protein and a total of 21.5 oz of liquid. I still have dinner to go and probably another 16 oz of liquid watching TV. I guess this is not bad. I hit 39 lbs. lost today.
I so look forward to being able to eat and drink a little faster than I currently am. How are you coming on those stairs? Girl there is no way I can do that with my knee. Maybe a little later. I do try to take stairs if possible as long as there are not too many, LOL
I do walk for about 1/2 hour every night which gives me about 1 mile.
OK, better go cook dinner before hubby gets home. Hope to meet you at the LB Coffee.
