Yesterday went very very well =)  I kept thos carbs at bay!  Yeah me =)  Since it's the weekend I have NOTHING planned so again playing it by ear today.  Which is how I like my weekends but as we've seen it can be both good and bad!!  This weekend it's all good =)

LND:  Paula Deans Meatloaf
LNS:  Nada

B:  Coffee; splenda; creamer
S:  Breakfast burrito (Mission Low carb tortilla; 2 eggs; 1oz cheese; bean sprouts)
L:  Protein bullet
S: 
D:  Grilled chicken salad

Water:  5 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise:  We'll see
