I'm so glad to be alive and well and wrapped, for the most part, in a sane mind.  I'm down today to the middle of my "window" which is 199-205.  Today I am 203.2 so I lost those extra pounds and focused.  My weekend went wonderfully UNTIL I feel into some crackers late last night.  I did add some protein.  I was craving liverwurst...I'm guessing cause it's TOM.

Now I know I've said it before hey we all have said it especially when we fall off the wagon.  It feels good to be focused again!!  I'm going to continue my DAILY accountability thread even on the weekends, so if yall don't see my post and you have my number CALL me cause that means I'm losing focus...now onto the menu!

LND:  4oz grilled chicken; salad & avocado
LNS:  Crackers; cheese; liverwurst

B:  Strawberry protein shake
S:  Coffee
L:  Hormel Chili cup
S:  Small Apple; 1oz cheese
D:  4oz Chicken breast with veggies

Water:  Barely 4 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise:  My GOAL is to go to the gym

I am going to try to join in daily.  I have been stuck and struggling to stay focused in the food department so here goes.  I am doing the 5DPT just to get me refoucsed and back on track.

LND:  Anything and everything in site.
LNS:  Anything and everything in site.

B:  Protien Bullet and cup of chicken broth
S:  coffee
L:  Spinach, Lentil and Garlic Soup from Trader Joes
S:  Protien Shake
D:  Some kind of soup and protein shake

Water:  44 oz so far
Vitamins:  Working on them
Exercise:  Will be doing a class @ the gym.

I am super excited because I just registered for the 2010 LA Marathon.  Yippppeeeeeee!

Here's my day so far:

B:  Cheese and turkey
      Coffee
L:  Chicken Breast, no skin
S:  Mini Grape Isopure
      Protein Balls
D:  Leftover Spagetti and meatballs
      Tomato-basil cheesy bread stick (homemade so prepared healthy)
S:  Fruit with dip (Eggface recipe)

Vitamin:  yes
Water:  64 plus oz.  I've been pushing the water today with this heat
Exercise:  Run/Walk 40 minutes

Hello my honest friend.  I'm here and being accountable.  I may not do well each day, but I'll be here anyway.

B:  Yogurt and coffee

S:  Evil sugar cookie.  Not making excuses.  It's one of the girls birthday here at the office

L:  We went to Macaroni Grill.  I ordered the duo combo and got soup and 1/2 a meatball sandwich.  Ate about 1/2 the soup, the 2 meatballs with cheese and sauce and a couple bites of bread.

S:  OK I'm fessing up....birthday cake.  Just a small piece but I did have it.

D:  I'm honestly not sure.  I think I may stick with some soup I have at home.  I've got this awful sore throat and everything hurts when I swallow.  Went to the doctor and got some antibiotics, but I know they won't help by dinner so I'm thinking soup will go down easy and I have some tomato vegetable that I got from Albertsons that was very good the other day. I have some hummus too, so maybe a little of that with my soup.  I'll try some carrot sticks with the hummus, but I don't think the carrots will feel to great going down.

S:  I'm thinking some watermellon.  We have it in the NEW fridge and it looked so good yesterday.

Water:  I'm getting it in sip by sip a little at a time.
Vitamins:  Multi in the morning
Exercise:  Well now this is a tricky one.  When I went to the doctor today, she determined that I have bursitis in my hip and advised no uphill walking, no stairs and no over exersion of the hip until we decide what to do about it.  She says a cortisone shot may be my only solution, temporary as it is.  But we'll see what happens.

Let me tell you....getting older and fat sucks.  Nothing I can do about the getting older so I've got to do something about the fat.  I'll get there.  We'll all get there one way or the other.

Yes we will definitely get there...one blasted step at a time.  So Steph the reason I added LND & LNS was because I can TOTALLY blow it with all my meal planning and then BAM my snack****  So I'm working on being accountable in my evenings and posting "helps" but sometimes it makes it ok cause I'll post about it.

Anyway I digress cause I still plan on jumping on that scale everyday and claim whatever my eating has to offer.  I'm glad I have my job cause I sit here all day so reading everyone else and sharing my own on a daily basis helps!!

I have been wanting something sweet lately, so I think I'll go buy me some WW ice creams or something like that for my sweet tooth cause honestly when I ate the crackers and cheese and liverwurst...I WANTED to bake a cake =)

Shell,
Go to Cold Stones and get a sugar free ice cream in a kids up or they have a really good frozen yogurt Sweet and Tart and I usually have them mix it with a fruit and it conquers my sweet tooth. I don't know about you, but if it is in my house than I eat it until it is gone.  So, when I am having a craving I got get one and the smallest one to hold me over.  ;-)
