Good afternoon Miss Cheerleader.  Do still brings me this horrible sore throat.  Swallowing hurts sooooo much.  But here goes

LND: Soup and some plain hummus with crackers
LNS:  Watermellon

B:  Yogurt and a slice of wheat toast, coffee
S:  Orange juice (to suck down these horse pill antibiotics the doctor gave me.)
L:  Soup and I'm trying to eat 1/2 a turkey sandwich, but this swallowing thing is driving me crazy
S:  I have a peach
D:  I believe it is going to be cheese pizza
S:  Hopefully nothing as I've just realized I've got a lot of carbs in this day

Water:  Not great
Vitamins: Multi this morning and B-12
Exercise:  Hmmm...nothing.  Who am I kidding.  Walking from the car into the house hurts this stupid hip.

OK, that's it for me. I'm going to go get some cheese now to have with my whine. LOL

Ok make sure it's gouda and a good white wine =)  Sorry you aren't feeling well.  Are you taking any Vitamin C?  I know I usually up mine.  I had the sore throat thing for about 3 weeks and it drove me CRAZY

Oh don't tell me 3 weeks.  I couldn't handle this sore throat for that long.  This thing hurts.  I'm hoping the antibiotics I got from the doctor yesterday will do the trick.  So far all they have done was make me gag when I tried to swallow one.  They are huge.  Finally had to break them in half to get them down.

As for the whine (wine) we have a lovely dessert wine we picked up at Bonnie Doon Winery in Santa Cruz a few weeks ago.  I think that and some baked Brie en Crute with whole cranberries and pecans will work nicely.  LOL

Exercise:  It's a rest day for my running, but I spent three hours packing, organizing, and throwing things out for the move...........does that count?
