Keep your eye on the ball... stay focused and do whatever you can to keep yourself busy and prepared for the day you come home... this is such an exciting time for you.. having the jitters is totally normal - still not easy though!!! we've all been there!  HUGS!!!

Hi Amy,
We're in the same boat.  My date is next Wed the 16th.  I'm stressed and having anxiety as well and it seems like getting through the day is becoming overwhelming to me right now.  But I just try to cross things off my daily list and forget about the big day.  Have you ordered protein drinks to have on hand?  I got lots of samples at various online retailers and have found a few I like.  The Isopure at GNC is good too.  I'm trying to just get ready and forget about the nerves, lol.  Yeah Right!
Things went very quick for me as well so my head was a whirlwind.....kinda like a ping pong ball for a few days.  Still feel like having crying jags once in a while but the pictures of before and after and the ladys on here are a HUGE help.  Its good to get lost in them for a time.  The fear subsides and the excitement comes back.  Good luck and you will be in my thoughts.
