It's FRIDAY...and thus begins My Pre-Plastics Party World Tour!!  Tonight I'm trying to be dressed totally trashy (I hope) and partying, then tomorrow...another party!!  Thus for the next 3 weekends!!

LND:  Mexican Leftovers
LNS:  Macaroni Salad

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Ice Cream Cake w/coffee (it JUMPED in my mouth seriously)
L:  Fishermans' Chowder
S:  Greek Yogurt Dip w/Celery
S:  Protein Shake
D:  ??
S:  1 Long Island Iced Tea (plan to nurse it all night)

Water:  8 cups so far baby!!
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; etc
Exercise:  Dancing baby!

I'm gonna try playing everyday. I really need the accountablility.

LND: Steak, 3 pieces of potato and 6 baby carrots
LNS: Junk, junk, junk...ugh!!

I am fasting today in honor of the people killed on 9/11

S ok, it started weird...Fage before breakfast?  I've never done that

B Protein shake as usual

L pecan encrusted rockfish

S 4 SF chocolate mint cookies

D refried beans and chili verde pork in tomatillo sauce..hmmm ate more than usual but did take leftovers home, 1 chip with salsa 

S 3 SF chocolate cookies

Water 80 oz

Vitamins yep, all of them and Omega-3 with DHA

Exercise: boy have I been slacking.  a whopping 8500 steps (down to the bluff and back with a little rebounder )

I seem to be eating more and exercising less since we were out of town.  I'm trying to get back on the beam.
