We are back from the wild blue yonder feeding frenzy.  Or MA and Mom's house as the locals call it.   I'm thinking it may take me a day or two to get myself back on track.  The worst thing about being back east is definitely Drakes Devil Dogs.  There is a reason they are called that.  They are straight from the devil himself.  But they are so damn good and conjured up so many childhood memories for me, as did the fried clams, fried dough and sal****er taffy made on the boardwalk at Hampton Beach. So with all that being said, even if I'm not eating like a WLS star for the next couple of days, I shall report anyway

LND:  We got home and headed straight for the Mexican Restaurant.  Had a cheese enchilada, and a bean tostada with the insides of a taco on top of it.

LNS:  The last of the Devil Dogs that I brought home with me. 

B:  Carmel Light Frapp and toasted bagel

S:  Nothing

L:  Chick Fil A chicken nuggets and fruit cup

S:  I don't have anything here, so I'm guessing nothing

D:  ????????? stay tuned

S:  No more Devil Dogs

Water:  Whats that? 
Vitamins:  Did my multi
Exercise:  Ha!!!!  I just want to go home tonight and get some sleep.

Good to be home though and good to know that I will get myself back on the bandwagon.
