Ok I'm here and slowly getting back into the swing of things. Emphasis here on slowly.
LND: I made what I call Quick Chicken Cacciatore. Basically I cut up chicken breasts and thighs, season them with italian seasing, garlic, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese. Saute in some EVOO (I want to be Rachel Ray someday) and then add a jar of Chunky Tomatoe Sauce with vegetables. Cover and continue cooking for about 20 minutes or in last night's case until the egg noodles were done. So that was dinner
LNS: A chocolate fudge ice pop bar thingy
B: Yogurt and 1/2 a toasted bagel
S: Evil cookies (2)
L: Left over from last nights dinner
S: I don't know
D: Ditto. I'm thinking some Tilapia though. I have some frozen in the freezer and it's easy to defrost and cook up
S: Probably a fudge pop again.
OK, back to work. Busy busy busy
