15 days and counting until my plastics. So let me tell you a story. I'm going through Wal-Mart and looking at ALL these different creams and scar stuff and cocoa butter etc and the FIRST ingredient in ALL of them was Mineral Oil. Of course Wal-Mart was out but is the miracle of keeping scar at bay Mineral Oil?? I'm about to google it right now and see!!
LND: Popeyes Chicken
LNS: 1 Fish stick
B: Protein Shake
S: Mini Lunchables
L: Smothered Turkey over brown rice w/cabbage
S: 1oz Cheese; Apple
D: Steak & Salad
Water: 6 cups and tired of peeing
Vitamins: Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D-3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise: Going for a walk in a minute; 20 minutes on mini stepper at home

I think anything that keeps the scars moist is going to work. Anyway, on to food. I have a cold and nothing tastes good.
LND: We wound up going out to Red Lobster. I had broiled Tilapia and some salad.
LNS: Fudge Pop
B: Yogurt and piece of whole wheat toast
S: Chocolate Macadamia Nut Coffee from Hawaii.
L: So I bought a roast beef sandwich from Albertsons and it is awful. I also bought some hummis so I'm eating that instead with some pretzel chips.
S: I have a protein bar here. Will probably have that.
D: Hmmmm..I'm not sure. My head is so stuffed up and my chest so congested that soup is actually sounding mighty good.
Water: I'm drinking alot of fluids because of my cold
Vitamins: Multi in the morning and took some B-12 today
Exercise: Does going home and crawling into bed count. It's crawling. That should mean something. It has the arms and legs moving at the same time.
Tomorrow WILL be a better day. Got to go blow my nose now.
