Yes Lord it's Thursday and I'm grateful to be in my "right" mind and counting down JUST 14 more days =****il my plastics =)

LND:  Steak

B:  Protein drink
S:  1 scrambled Egg
L:  Smothered Turkey over brown rice w/cabbage
S:  Protein Chicken Soup
D:  4oz steak; salad

Water:  6 cups so far
Vitamins:  On Target
Exercise:  Will do some

I'm here, I'm here...it's been a busy day so far

LND:  Lasagna

LNS:  Fudge Pop

B:       Starbucks Coffee Light Frapp and a toasted bagel

S:       Nothing, I was at the doctors

L:       Chicken Wings

S:      Maybe a protein bar

D:      I dunno...it's bowling tonight and I really don't want food at the bowling alley, but if I do I think I'll just go with a salad.  They make an ok Chef Salad, so maybe that.

S:     None as I'll be bowling, but I will have a protein bar with me, just in case so I stay away from the vending machines.

Water:  I'm trying
Vitamins:  Done
Exercise:  bowling tonight.  I know not much to bowling, but it is movement at least
