Good Tuesday morning Cali friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for...

1.  New television programs starting this week, it sure seems like ages since we've had new episodes to watch!

2.  This Sat being our Nor Cal luncheon & clothing exchange. Can wait to see everyone.

3.  My health and my WLS, thank you God for allowing me to do this and to remain focued on the fact that it is a tool and I must work it to be successful!

Geez louise, I think Nancy is right, you are psychic! I so needed to hear this quote this morning. I felt like everything was going against me yesterday at the dr's appt. but I have to take charge of myself and be the airplane. This isn't the easy way out. Its hard work and I have to fly myself into the wind! Thank you for the reminder.

Today I am thankful:

that I got to spend some nice quality time with my DH yesterday.

that I was able to see Becky yesterday! (Added Bonus) saw her twice!

that I have this tool that I can make work for me.

for the wonderful support and advice I recieve from my wonderful friends here on OH

for the wonderful quotes that Barb searches for and posts everyday. They are very uplifting to me.

my first night sleep in bed

my first weigh in under 200lbs!

No puking or nausea!

Today I am Thankful for:

1.  'Life' is back to 'normal'....what ever that is!

2.   all of my support groups...the laughter, the shareing..the empathy.

3.  becoming more aware of how my tool works...and coming to terms with the limitations.

3.  That I'm wearing 4' heels today to work and my feet don't hurt! 

4.  That the crazy top im wearing didn't get me sent home to change. lol.. I just can't resist some of the stuff that I'm finding in my closet!!! 

5.  That the Nor Cal Luncheon is this weekend - I am totally looking forward to it and all the hugs and happiness that will ensue!
