B:  Protein Shake ala PS
S:  Click w/benefiber
L:  4oz shrimp; coctail sauce
S:  Celery w/greek yogurt dip
D:  Popeyes chicken thigh w/salad
S:  SF Ice Pops

Calories 1,258  ~  Protein 108  ~  Carbs 112  ~  Fiber 12  ~  Fat 43

Water:  11 cups so far (must bne thirsty)
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit; 1000mcg B-12; etc
Exercise:  20 minutes of something...either treadmill or stepper

Hi Ms Shell and wow just 9 days to ps.  That is awesome.  If I stick to my schedule, I will have ps on December 30th.
I have gained some poundage from grazing and a new medication that I am taking so this week I am doing protein drinks and if I get desparate, I will eat some fruit or veggies.
I should write down everyone's WDYET and then I could compile a menu.  LOL

LND:  Stuffed pork chop
LNS:  Fudge Pop

B:   Cottage cheese and Kashi Go Lean Crunch

S:   Nothing

L:  Green Salad with tuna and FF dressing
      Melon

S:  Nothing

D:  Bacon Chedder burgers (no buns) and grilled zucchini

S:  Fudge Pop probably

Water:  drinking drinking drinking
Vitamins: done
Exercise:  Probably nothing because I'm lazy and my hip hurts

Ok this is my first time doing this so lets see if I can do it right

B: Carnation Instant Breakfast w/ 2% Milk

S:  Nectar Protein Shake 46 grams protein

L: 3 Ounces of Tuna Salad (no bread or anything)

D: Skinless Chicken Breast made in Crock Pot with some sort of Veggie

S: Who knows SF Pudding (3 oz or SF Jello)

Water: Bad today, only up to 40 ounces so far
Vitamins: Done
Excercise: Worked out on Treadmill for almost 30 mins, walking in the park tonight with fellow OH'ers
