Well it's only 8 more days and I'm slowly but surely getting everything together I need.  Unfortunately I didn't move quickly enough on getting my friends reclyner so she gave it to her uncle =(  I mean couldn't she just TOLD her uncle, look I promised to my co-worker sorry...but no!!  Going to call a Rent-A-Center and see about renting one for the month.

LND:  Fried Chicken Thigh; salad
LNS:  SF ice pop

B:  Protein Shake (ala PS)
S:  Coffee w/cream & sugar
S:  Premier Chocolate Protein Shake
S:  Honey Roasted Peanuts
L:  4oz shrimp ****tail
L2:  Small salad and then vanilla pudding
S:  2 pieces of cake with coffee...yup started feeling sick =(
S:  1oz cheese (needed some protein)
D:  Turkey & Gravy over brown rice w/cabbage

Water:  10 cups
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit; 1000mcg B-12; etc
Exercise:  N/A

I am on my 3rd day of being back on track.  So far today, I have had the following:

B:  Lean Pro Matrix Vanilla Ice Cream Protein (1 scoop) 
      blended with 1/2 banana, yogurt and sugar free peaches
S:  One (1) portion of Trader Joe's Turkey Jerky
L:  Optifast HP Chocolate Protein w/water
S:  ???
D: Fish and Veggies or maybe another protein drink  (not sure)

Just finished 3 mile walk aerobics with Leslie Sansone.

My first time posting.. :)....

Pepcid 20 mg.
34 oz. of decaffienated tea with sweet n low.
B: 4 egg whites, 2 pkts of ketchup, 1/2 piece of plain toasted wheat bread.
2 cups of coffee w/sweet n low
Vitamins: Multi, Iron w/C, 2 Cal Cits, B12
L: 3oz. chicken breast, 1 oz. green peas, 1oz of pickled beets, 1oz of mozzarella, 1 basil leaf, 1/2 thin slice of tomato, 1oz cantaloupe, 1 oz  watermelon.
20 oz. of water with half a packet of sugar free fruit punch mix
20 oz. of water
D: 4 oz. stewed chicken in tomatillo sauce and poblano peppers with a sprinkle of mexican dry cheese on top w/1/2 oroweat multigrain sandwich thins (1 round) with heart smart butter.
S: Sugar Free Fruit Popsicle and 2 small sugar free chocolate mint and wafer cookies.
Pepcid 20 mg.
8 oz. water.
Excercise:  Walked a flat mile, and everyday commute walking (6+ long city blocks r/t)
