LND: I freaking was HUNGRY but I think it was actually acid cause today I took my acid pill and I feel like "normal" again...how weird that acid can "mimic" hunger in me??

B: 4 egg whites with 2 packets of ketchup, 1/2 c. dry low-sugar TJ's flakes & nuts cereal
2 cups of Coffee with sweet n low
Vitamins: Multi, Iron w/C, Calcium Citrate, B12
L: 3 oz chicken breast, 1oz avacado and tomatos, 1oz pickled red beets, 1 oz green peas, 2 mushrooms, 1 oz of cantaloupe, 1 oz of watermelon, 1 whole wheat cracker.
32 oz decaffienated orange spice tea with sweet n low - workin on it now...
... then later I plan on
D: 4 oz lean hamburger patty with 1 chz slice on top, 1 tomato slice and a leaf or two of butter lettuce. 4 small red potato wedges (coated with olive oil and spices then baked)
Pepcid 20 mg.
