Well just 3 more sleeps until my plastic surgery...OMG...so today and tomorrow will be dedicated to prayers and protein and some detoxing before surgery.  I ate and ate and ate all weekend long...just because I wanted to!  Didn't care what the scale would say and boy did it squeak and talk when I got on it this morning!!

LND:  Yeah like I'm going to post that...but it did include PIE

B:  Protein Shake (40g)
S:  Coffee
L:  Protein Shake (30g)
S:  Protein Shake (20g)
D:  Protein Soup (28g)

Water:  8 cups
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  1 mile walk

Well, I have been pretty good relative to eating for the past 9 days and this makes me happy. 
You are in my thoughts and prayers for your upcoming plastics.

B: Protein Shake
S: Green Tea
S: Grapes
L: Cottage Cheese

And to be honest, not sure about the rest of the day, except I know there will be more protein shakes.

Girl! I'm sticking to 1200 cal a day...

B:  All Bran Cereal with banana
L:  Cold cut turkey with veggies
S:  Protein bar
D:  Fish and veggies

1 hour cardio, 120 oz water, yes to vits
