OMG that means ONLY 2 more days!!  Yikes!! 

LND:  1/2 cup ground turkey; 1/4 cup rice

B:  Protein shake (then coffee once I got to work)
S:  2 scrambled eggs w/cheese & salsa
L:  Large Turkey Chili
S:  Lindora Protein Bar
D:  Seafood Quesadilla (maybe depends)

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  Forgot most of umm =(
Exercise:  1 mile walk @ lunch

Hi Ms. Shell, I'll play today...

LND: Homemade soft tacos (no Tortilla)
LNS: Genisoy Cheesey Soy Crisps

B: Chorizo & eggs (was a late breakfast)
S: Nada
L: Nada...still full from breakfast
S:??
D: Steak and veggies...also going to try some Quinoa (keen wah)...It's a grain with the highest amount of protein.
S: Protein bar or shake

Water: On track
Vits: Done
Ex: Walking tonight with friends (Hi Rick and Jenn!!  )
