I didn't have to 'suck it in'!!!

It is so good to see you looking like half your self .  
What I liked was flying and actually fitting in the seat and no problems buckling.

Loved your story, and let me tell you, those moments just happen more and more, and they will continue to happen till our brains catch up to the fact that we are not FAT or look the same any longer.  Keep up the great work....so wonderful to hear all these great posts.

You are so on target here, Diane.....I wonder will I ever believe that I'm not that fat person and be in tune with my body?  Even my hubby forgets what I look like now...in Walmart last nite he was looking for the former me! LOL  I walked right up to him again...and he always acts so surprised when he realizes it is ME ROTFL  Thank you for your kind words!

Thanks for the sweet endorsement, Rhonda ^_^  I totally surprised my self this weekend...working non-stop for 8 hours (on my feet!), plus walking the dogs and increasing my normal route by 2 1/2 city blocks (none of those tiny blocks the burbs have!)...I AM proud of myself ^_^  But the greatest pay-off is just how great I feel health wize....so much energy! LOL
