It's official, more surgery for me

Some of you know I've been having some issues and today I got the official word from the second surgeon. I will be having surgery again probably the beginning of Nov.
I have a new hernia and am bloated BIG TIME!!! The CatScan showed some inflammation but they really aren't sure what caused it, maybe an infection at some point postop.  I am bigger now than I was right after surgery. Unclothed, I totally look pregnant (which is kind of cool since I never looked pregnant before because I was too fat before both of my pregnancies. lol)
So, they will reopen the previous incision, fix the hernia, put in a stronger mesh, and try to tighten better this time. And hopefully make some improvements on my mons too, it is NOT a pretty sight!  I kind of don't get how they can do a good job of tightening though without a vertical insicion, going to ask that. Isn't that why they made anchor cuts? Any ideas on that from you plastic surgery pros???
The good news is this time it will be FMLA at work since I will have been there a year, so it is protected leave this time and I can take up to 3 months if I need to.

I think this is good news!  You are going to get this all fixed up finally.  You are going to be awesome!  I will come and get you and you can stay over here.  Maybe you can do it Thanksgiving week where I am off and can pamper you a bit?  I would like that.  You will have to let me know.  I am glad though that you are going to get fixed.  Call me girlfriend.  Are you on your phone or home or where?

Becky, I am so sad that you are having to go through surgery again, but I am glad that they are getting it done ASAP. And at least your job is in safe mode, so you won't have to worry about that. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, and sending you big hugs. XOXOXO
