I am officially in swell hell and it's unnerving to get on the scale and be UP after having pounds sucked out of me....so that confirms my earlier decision to NOT get on the scale until the 26th which is my 23rd month surgiversary....onto the meal plan for the day

B:  Protein Shake
S:  3oz burger patty, 1oz cheese
L:  Protein Shake
S:  Fish
S:  Protein Shake
D:  ??

Goals for the day 150g protein; 100oz water

Water:  64oz so far
Vitamins:  On target
Exercise:  May go for a short walk we'll see
