Hey, just letting you know it has been 3 years. I have put on some weight but still have kept a lot of it off. Time starts to fly after awhile when we are just living life and doing our normal routines. I've put 2 new photos on my profile. One from today...3 years out and the other was 2 months before surgery. For you people on the fence about surgery...go for it. You won't regret it. For those who have just had surgery...hang in there, it does get better. Thanks for you old timers out there for leading the way and answering my questions at all hours of the day and night. I appreciate all of you on these boards, which makes this a great place for support. Love to all. Brian

Congratulations Brian...I think you look great! And it's wonderful that you are 'just living life'...that is what our ultimte goal should be! For too long we 'watched' our lives and others go by...we have been blessed with a wonderful tool that helps us learn how to be and live healthy...so we can enjoy this wonderful life we have been given ^_^ And being 3 years out? I think you now qualify as 'an old timer' LOL
