WDYET Cali Crew? Tuesday...
I just need to share that I have NOT felt this good since well since before surgery, lol. Everything took a turn for the better yesterday when I had my stiches removed. I thought it would hurt, well especially since I hadn't had any pain, I'm figuring it's gotta hurt sooner or later right? So I'm sitting here actually feeling on top of the world. Pictures will be coming, lol. I am still healing, I have a slight opening in my new butt that needs to heel but other then that I'm GREAT. Now on with the menu plan.
Goals 12 cups water
Protein 125-150
B: Protein Shake (40g)
S: 1oz Sour cream Ruffles (2g)
S: Coffee w/Vanilla Protein (20g)
L: Beef Enchilada w/beans (24g)
S: ??
D: Popeyes Leg & Thigh (40)
Water: 8 cups so far
Vitamins: On target
Exercise: 10 minute walk soon

Hi Ms Shell. Glad to hear you are doing well. My menu, so far today, exist of 1/2 cup of oatbran (like oatmeal). I plan to have a protein drink about 10:00 and then I am not sure. Not all with it today. LOL
