I am mere moments away from going for a leisurely 10 minute walk on my treadmill.  Isn't that exciting??  So I'm continuing my goal to have 125 or more grams of protein per day.  Today I didn't want to start out with something cold so I mixed together my click with this espresso protein and then heated up.  I had 2 cups and it was delicious to start my day.  Then I proceeded to make some Albondigas Soup for my lunch...can't wait

Goals
125g+ protein
12 cups of water

B:  Espresso protein heated up and YUM (26g)
S:  Made a second cup (26g)
L:  1-2 cups Albondigas Soup (10-20g)
S:  Protein bullet mixed with crystal light (25g)
D:  Burrito = 3oz chicken, 1/4 cup beans, low carb tortilla (40g)

Water: 10 cups so far
Exercise:  10 minutes treadmill
Vitamins:  On target
