Well hello there everyone!!  In case folks are wondering why my protein is so much.  My plastic surgeon believes strongly in having your protein very high pre and post op for healing purposes and so far I've trusted him to cut me in 1/2.

Goals:
150g of protein
12 cups of water

B:  Protein shake w/pineapple & strawberries (41)
S:  Low Carb Yogurt (12)
L:  2 cups Albondigas Soup (19)
S:  Protein shake (30)
D:  4oz Talapia (23)

Water:  8 cups so far
Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12
Exercise:  10 minutes on the treadmill

B   All Bran Cereal with banana and 1/2 cup low fat milk
S  Coffee and 100 cal cookies
L  Skinless chicken breast, sm cup of chili beans, and veggies...o and 4 crackers
S  Protein bar
D  El Pollo Loco chicken breast, 1 corn tortilla and salsa
