Well it's the end of the week!!  I have to figure out the rest of my protein etc for the day but I can't think of anything I really want to eat...we'll see how the day goes...but so far I'm not close to my target.

Goals
150g protein
12 cups water

B:  Espresso protein (20)
S:  Espresso Protein (20)
L:  1 cup Albondigas Soup (9)
S:  4oz Talapia; 1/3 cup spinach  (25)
D:  Not sure

Water:  13 cups

Vitamins:  Multi; 1500mg Cal Cit w/D3 & Mag; 1000mcg B-12; others
Exercise:  10 minutes on the treadmill

Mix your Click Protein with regular protein.  LIke Whey Carmel/Chocolate.   Instead of 20oz.  I do like 30oz.   But, I do 1 scoop of Click about 7 or 8 grams of protein and 1 scoop of the Carmel/ Chocolate Whey - it has like 31grams of protein.  So, its like 35 -40 grams of protein at once.
