Hi Delores...Yes, I know Melanie 'died' after they got home last nite...Patrick said she laid her head on the pillow and was out in seconds.  He was still running on adrenolin (sp) so we talked until almost 11:30pm LOL  Thank you for all your support and prayers!
Looking forward to Saturday!

Hi Nancy,

I am so glad to hear so much good news.  I cannot imagine what your son and DIL was going through up there waiting 10 hours, and then you not being there, that must have been so horrible on you and Lon.  But, like I said, the news is so encouraging, and I know that things will be good.  She is sleeping peacefully right now and with every heartbeat she is getting stronger.  The Lord is watching over her, and I know she is in His hand and there will be nothing but good days ahead.

I am also so happy that you are going up to Stanford.  You know that God works in mysterious ways, and this whole incidient has brought you close to your son.  I will pray for you all, for your visit and that Brianna heals well a rapidly.  God hears prayers from all, and he has been flooded from prayers from my home alone.

Love to you and Lon, please take care of yourself too.  Diane

Nancy,

What wonderful news to hear.  I can only imagine how hard it was for your son to see his little angel like he had to.  I hope he is taking pictures so he can show her what a rough start she had and how amazing she is doing in the future.  I have a story about that, but I will share it with you later.  If I may make a suggestion.  Encourage them to call Regional Center.  They provide in home therapy for infants/children under the age of 3.  They do amazing things with infants that have a rough start.  Your little one should qualify for this free program just because of the surgery.  If you want more information let me know.  I have been working with them for years and have seen miracles happy.  I am sure the hosital will refer them to this program also.  I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers.  I wish I was there to give you a giant hug.

It sure is good C'ING LESS OF ME!

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
& all are different colors....but they

ALL exist very nicely in the same box.
