Morning Rhonda
We are shortly heading out for Apple Hill as the guy who was coming out to repair the stove/oven in the m/h  has been here, done what he needed to do and is gone.  Looking forward to a fun day running around tasting apples and getting to know our group better.

Tonight is up in the air...we'll play it by ear after we have dinner with the gang, as to whether we stay over nite or not.  Tomorrow we are heading up to Stanford to 'meet' Brianna so until I hear from my son, our plans are pretty open ended.

Hope everyone attending the LB coffee/lunch have a great time!  Meeting people from here face to face is just too cool!

Good morning Rhonda and everyone...

Rhonda did you and Becky stay up all night....If I would have known you guys could have come over...I am averaging about 3 hours at best a night.  Don't ask me why...I have no idea, just not tired.  I am not sure what I am going to do...if I have many days/nights like this and can't clean to let out my energy....This is going to be one crabby princess....lol

My hubby is doing such a great job....but I'll tell you...he knows now why I never sit down, not that he has ever taken anything for granted.

Hope everyone has a great time at the LB/SB coffee this morning...I sure wish I was there, but I am excited that some of them are going to stop by...I love you guys!!!  I was so excited when I heard the they were coming over to see me then, I woke up this morning and realized...I don't think they are coming over to visit me, but to see the twins....oh well, if that is what it takes to get them to come over...LOL

Well, I have to go bake.....shhhh, don't tell anyone!!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day...it is so beautiful outside right now....

Still soft hugs to all....Michele

Howdy y'all,
Boy, howdy! Y'all are sure busier than a lone rooster in the hen house! What fun it sounds like y'all are having this weekend. Today, I will be relaxing with my grand-daughter, she is only 4 months old. I am just loving being a granny! I am happier than a coon dog on the first day of the season! The good Lord just blessed me so much, when she was born. I was ment to be a granny! I love to go out on the weekends and go shopping.... yes, they told us not to buy any clothes, but I am shedding some poundage now, and I deserve to look good. I have a fantastic spa day planned fer tomorrow. I ordered up the works. I work hard durning the week, so I love to have "me" weekends! So Im guessin that I am bein nice to me! I jus wanna thank y'all for all your nice welcomes and I will be tryin to check this regularly.

Well when my niece was learning to talk I would try to get her to say Elizabeth and she would say Bebaugh, Bebaugh and it just kind of stuck.  Now of course I love to be called Grandma or Granny!  My family is from GA too.  We moved out here when I was one so my dad could go to Golden Gate Seminary.  We moved back when I was in 2nd grade to a small town called Stateham, outside of Athens and then moved back to CA a year later.  My mom was born and raised in Savannah and that is where I was born.  My dad was born and raised in a little town called Rochelle.  It is in the Southern part of GA.  My granddaddy was a peanut farmer.  My dad likes to say the first time he moved to CA his family thought he was crazy and the second time he moved to CA they knew he was crazy!  I have not been back since the summer between 8th and 9th grades.  I am 51 now.  Where do you live now?  My dad is always using those sayings too.  You are right I have not heard of Hiawassee.  I look forward to getting to know you better.  You can PM any time.

Hot damn! Behaugh! Another Southern Belle! Well, Im chuckled to find ya! Hey, a peanut farmer is what all our familys did, right? If Jimmy Carter could do it, and he was president. We ain't too good. It put grub on the table and kept the lights on. I am sorry but I don't know what PM means.
I live in Victorville now. I have for the last year or so. I sure do miss the green grass of home and the green tree filled mountains and hills! Im lookin forward to gettin to know you better too!

I got a chuckle out of your 'happier than a coon dog on the first day of season' cuz my springer is a happy dog today.....being that today IS the first day of duck season! lol.
I didnt get to do the Nor Cal Apple Hill run but instead hooked my computer up to my big screen TV and have been watching Marx bros movies on Netflix all day with my 10 year old and 19 year old with 2 tired springers laying on the couch.  My kids are loving the movies....'start the next one, mom' my 10 year old has said numerous times.........OHHHHH Lazy Dayz....I'm sure duck is for dinner tomorrow here..............Im gonna guess at Elizabeth's house too, No?

Not a lot of birds down here.  My son and my husband each got one.  My son must have taken them both home.  We need some good cold and rainy weather around here. They took my son's dog so Indy did not get to go today.  My husband said there was a pack of coyotes out today. They stayed away though.

I love the Marx's brothers.  When I was in Junior High I would pretend to be sick when I saw a movie was coming on TV so I could stay home and watch it.  How is your daughter doing?
