1. The scales moving in the right direction!  It just takes discipline.
2.  My awesome husband..he tries so hard to please me
3. All the blessings my Father has given me; I pray that I may be a blessing to others.

Stairs! Gosh, I used to avoid them whenever possible.. and when I would have to go up them and get to the top then I would be so out of breath and have a hot flash especially on the BART ones where they seemed like climbing mountains... I am thankful those days are over.  I am thankful that exercising doesn't hurt anymore and that I am actually enjoying it again and GASP! looking forward to it!  I am thankful for the weekend and for tomorrow's support group.  I am thankful for wonderful genuine friendships that mean the world to me.  I will be extra thankful if traffic is light going home tonight! I am thankful that the workday is almost over!

Im looking forward to counting the stairs as Im skipping 2 at a time. soon soon 11-17 and counting.

I hope that your FIL and MIL have gotten settled in there new homes and you all are feeling good with the choices that were made.

I just finished up with my last tests Upper GI and see my surgeon on this Monday for last consult and follow up and whatever else..

Is there going to be a Nov. meeting get together, I know it just seems after Halloween the days just fly by so quickly and everyone is busy with Thanksgiving traveling etc.

I hope you enjoy your craft fairs and the weekend. I love the fresh air and smell of rain in the air.
