What are you doing/eating today? Hump Day

Happy Hump Day! We have made it to the middle of the week and we are rocking!  ;-)  So, what is on the agenda for food/exercise today?

Remember this is for accountability not judgement and we are all here to support one another through our journeys. 

I am playing hooky from work today.  Well actually I have a comp day since I worked all day Saturday so I decided to take it today.  :-) 

B: Oatmeal with 1/2 banana and now I am sipping on a nice warm cup of coffee.
S: nada
L: Sushi (yeah for sushi)
S: Large non-fat decaf Latte from the Bean
D: 1/2 cup ground beef, 1/2 cup of my Fage dip and a handful of small tomatos all mixed together with some cheese on top.  YUMMY!
S; Maybe some grapes.

Water: I will try ( I need to get better with water)
Vitamins: working on them.
Exercise: hour run today.  YEAH!

1.  Coffee with 100 cal cookies
2.  All bran cereal with non fat milk
3.  Protein Shake
4.  Chicken breast w/ veggies
5.  tbl spoon peanut butter

Happy Hump day right back at ya ;-)  did good yesterday except for a bite or two..ok three..of cheese cake last nite.  Can turn down just about anything except a good piece of cheese cake :-(

today:
B: Banana flavored protein drink w/soy milk
S: cups of coffee with SF creamer and splenda
L: 3 turkey meatballs with chile/cranberry sauce
S: Quaker low fat chunky chewy chocolate bar
D:not sure..but could be chicken, pork, or turkey w/1/4c veggies

Water: 3cups coffee and at least 2 16oz Propel water
Vitamins: can't believe I forgot them!! Will get in tonight what I can before bed
Exercise: really gotta work on this one :-(

Enjoy your run...even if it's it raining??  crazy!

Hi all,

So far today.....

B: Protein Shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter
S: 3 almonds
L: Chicken w/ veggies
Plan on having
S: an apple
D: Soup and maybe a bite of bread or crackers
S: Sugar free frozen things (popscicles or homemade SF chocolate pops)

I am rejecting a lot of desserts that are coming across my face, but I definitely have an internal battle going on. I really want to sink my teeth into a pastry or muffin, but I've been resisting so far.

L: pork soup w/o noodles or vegetables, but broth (1/2 cup)

D: ???

S: I am trying to stay away from any snacks at all

D:  Taco soup....skipped it last night and had Subway instead
