Happy Hump Day! What are you eating/doing?
It occured to me yesterday how much somethings are hard to change. We slip into old habits, old ways and than we feel guilty about doing so and have a hard time admitting that we are not perfect. Well, I for one am not perfect, far from it and although I we play around about me being "fake" I am probably one of the most honest and straight forward people I know. ;-)
In short, this is not about all the RIGHT things you ate, it is about being accountable to YOURSELF! Not the board, not your friends, your partner, or anyone else, it is about you. So, if you had a bad day, Oh well, tomorrow is another day. Don't sell yourself short, be honest, look at the reasons you made the choices you did and take ownership of it.
I for one have been struggling this week with all the goodies around and avoiding them has been very hard. I find I take a bite of a goodie here and another one there and it adds up and that is why my scale is not working.
But today is a NEW day! and here is what is on my food list for the day.
B: Coffee with nf milk and two pieces of bacon
S: Apple
L: The usual: ground beef ball, 1/2 cup Fage and some tomatoes
S: Protein drink
D: Maybe another ground beef ball or the inside of a quesidilla with some Fage and veggies
S: ?
Vitamins: working on them
Water: Going to try to get it all in
Exercise: a run or walk after work.
So, what's on your list of things to eat and do?
B: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S: Nada
L: turkey hot dog, no bun (no bread for me)
S: I am trying to hold strong, no snacking or grazing
D: pork loin w small amount of veggies
S: Nope, nope, nope... not gonna do it!
Vitamins: right now, getting them in.
Water: working on it, gotta love those s/f powdered drinks!
Exercise: walk... going to time my mile today. Really want to get it down so I can qualify for the 13.1 marathon in LA next month. Has to be less than 16 min. yikes!

L: it's our office party, so we're getting something catered in today. I believe it's ham, turkey & other "traditional" sides
S: I'm not sure if I'll have one, maybe I'll have some more of the lunch I get
D: if there are any left overs from my lunch, I'll fini**** off
Vitamins: 2 rounds down, 1 to go
water: working on my 1st 32oz bottle
exercise: walked the stairs 2nd floor --> 12th floor, maybe one more round later, then jump on the bike at home, and do some 'bells.

L: TURKEY, CHEESE

D: ???
WATER....SO SO
VIT: YEP
