Tuesday: Whatcha eating/doing?
Happy Tuesday! I have to confess I cheated yesterday I had a piece of garlic bread and it was oh so YUMMY!
Yep I did! Did you hear that Kev, I had a piece of garlic bread and guess what I think I will have some more.
Not today though. 
Here is what I have planned for today:

L: Two fish taco's from Baja Fresh
S: Protein shake
D: I think I will have some fish and veggies
S: ?????
Exersising: 45 min to an hour run.
Vitamins: Taking the 1st set right now (I have been bad)
Water: I need to focus on liquids. Must drink more.
