Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to OH!
This might be my last time on OH for 2009. I leave on my trip on Christmas Eve and since my laptop is sick I doubt I will get to come back to the library to see all your happy little avatars. By the time I will return and get my laptop fixed most of January will be over!
So....Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to all of you.
This has been a great year for me. I have been blessed with a richer, fuller healthier life because of WLS and this past year brought me a new tummy (and a new belly button too). I had so many changes in my personal life this year, some I posted about some I did not....but it has all been for the good and I'm grateful that I am in good hands and that God takes care of me.
Thank you to all of my friends who have been so awesome and supportive. Coming to this board everyday keeps me in check, makes me laugh, inspires me, challenges me, makes me think, sometimes makes me crazy...but that's what family does sometimes. I wouldn't have it any other way.
To those of you preparing for surgery I wish you the best...your journey is just beginning and I hope that it is a roller coaster ride of excitement and new discoveries.
To "the vets" continue on, don't lose heart, don't give up, stay strong, be honest, be courageous, embrace change, and live your new life to the fullest!
....and to the runners/walkers, and those who aspire to become one....RUN STRONG!
See you in 2010!
